@TheDrugM0NEY saw you liked a post and that you like real estate. I’m obviously biggest $kss promoter but it’s bc of the CRE. They own XXX stores, XXX land leases and XX DCs along with their HQ. At current stock price ~$2.5M worth of shares is equivalent of owning X building outright.
