I noticed something that happened in society and we all missed it:

What we use to say:

"It accelerates as fast as a Porsche, Lambo, Ferrari..."

Now we say;

"It accelerates as fast as a Tesla"

The bar has been raised.

We started with manpower, we moved to horse power, we invented the engine, and this is just the next iteration of that goalpost moving.
