Why are we giving more tax breaks for real estate investors at this point?

We should be giving tax breaks for those who invest in early stage growth companies instead.

Real estate is largely just a tax on the middle class and doesn’t produce a network effect of positive economic growth.  

Real estate policies made a lot of sense XX yrs ago when we weren’t living in a totally imbalanced economy and real growth wasn’t a problem. 

I.e. We are already living in a rentier society, why exacerbate this??

We should be promoting industries that are net positive to growth.
