@MikaMitchel2008 @realtimsharp @corben_madden @GavinNewsom Oh and yes rent is around that cost. My mortgage is $XXXXX with XXXX% loan. Taxes barely move each year due to Prop XX here which is awesome! Some who own their homes for decades pay barely $2k/yr. My prop tax is $4.7k/yr
