Agree, structure is crucial, but Paraguay looks at where the work is performed, not just how it’s labelled.

Even dividends can be taxed if you're actively managing operations from Paraguay.

To achieve X% while living there, your company needs real substance abroad (staff, office, utilities, etc) showing the income is genuinely foreign-sourced.

For example, how would you claim just strategic oversight if you're a one man business with no staff doing work from overseas?
