Yes we are aware of a small minority of early users experiencing a bug where they couldn't log back in AND people can't re-connect their X's due to accounts being cross-wired, these issues are linked. This was fixed quickly and hasn't affected any new users since. People affected will be manually reviewed and sorted out over the course of next week. X.
