Yes they do the same with gas.

Gas was super cheap and abundant. Before they realized they can make 3x selling it overseas, ban it in Australia under the guise of "saving the planet" meanwhile that same gas is burnt in the atmosphere overseas.

Climate hoax is the world's greatest scam and they are milking it.
