Shameful statement. In fact, it goes against party line, as Bihar is NDA-ruled state and PM @narendramodi has done exceptional work in the power sector, and this minister is indirectly portraying him as a failure.

He has already caused enough damage to the BJP in UP due to his incompetence.
Why is BJP still tolerating him?
