I haven't seen anyone talk about this, probably because they're all benefiting. The founders benefit from the coin pumping they can lure retail in and dump some of their holding. The company running the PVC also indirectly dumps on retail 'cause the PIPE buyers will eventually sell

Talking about coins like LITE and TAO, which are heavily manipulated, the team and VC benefit a lot with those deals
They have people running the SEC in their pockets, everything is unfolding, and the crash of those strategies will come, just one rough play and everything will disappear. Imagine Satoshi dumping everything. Or some founders/VCs/market makers decide to go off rail. Lmao
