The truth is, this obsession won’t let me go. Videos from Gaza keep flooding in. I hear people tell me what they have seen there. I watch, unable to look away, weighed down by guilt. The hardest part is knowing my friends have served in this, and my family too, that they have been part of this. That truth claws at me, tearing me apart inside, stealing my sleep and my appetite. It has to end.
