I think EPS will be one of the measures to help slow down the road carnage. That’s for sure. It makes no sense to not adopt it as a useful addition to the road safety toolkit. 

But also, we need better roads that are well lit. 

We need to ramp up on vehicle inspections to ensure we have more road worthy cars on our roads. 

Then individual discipline etc
