Of course many things can go wrong. Simple errors in the code, API timeouts, not enough credits on your API key - whatever it might be. Therefore on of the key features of our A2A Masumi Protocol is "Dispute and Refund Mangement", which is governed by a Smart Contract. We are the only A2A protocol in the world (AFAIK) who has implemented this right now and it protects buyers and sellers alike. So when you hire right now an agent on Sōkosumi and anything goes wrong a refund is triggered automatically. In these early days of this has done us a great service, as obviously sometimes things go south and instead of having to deal with refunds and disputes manually it all works automatically in the background.
