For XX years the @SECGov Never Double Checked The Credentials of This "Attorney"???
(Questions below)

"...the SEC attorney falsely certified active membership in good standing with a state bar at the time they were hired in 2008.

Additionally, on at least XX separate occasions between 2015 and 2024, the SEC attorney provided false certifications of an active state bar license in good standing."

So taxpayers paid the salary of a SEC attorney for years even though that "attorney" didn't have a law license ??

These attorneys decide the outcome of cases. They have a lot of power.
And the commissioner signs off

Questions:

X. What is the name of the attorney whose license was revoked in 2010 and hadn't been in good standing since 2004?

X. Why wasn't this "attorney" immediately fired instead of being placed on administrative leave and allowed to resign?

X. How did the SEC finally learn about this?

X. What cases was this "attorney" involved in from 2008-2025?

X. How many cases did they work on at the SEC after their law license got revoked in 2010?

X. Are those case outcomes in jeopardy because this "attorney" should not have been working on them?

X. Did the attorney lose their pension?

X. Did they receive any severance?

X. The SEC posts a lot on X- why did it not share this news?
Why hasn't the SEC put out a press release about this deception?

X. Is that why the SEC recently, and quietly, changed the enforcement rule put in place in 2009?

"..In an effort to rein in its enforcement staff and control the opening of investigations—and thus focus the types of cases investigated—the Commission rescinded a 2009 rule that gave the director of the Division of Enforcement the authority to issue formal orders of investigation and, in turn, subpoenas.

Absent the ability to issue subpoenas, the SEC enforcement staff must rely on voluntary cooperation, which makes certain investigations nearly impossible..."
