I have been through dark places in life, I wanted to let you know its not the end, but keep your eyes and mind open, reach out, to your trusted friend. Read it again, not everyone is your friend or family, usually there will only one or maybe two, there is no XX friends who will have your back. So be careful to whom you open up to. Once your help is established, its time for you to rebuild. Gym, Groom yourself ( as in, keep yourself presentable not like a bum) , start to dress up well, dont go into depression mode and look depressed, this will make you worse. Wake up hit the gym even if you are alone, things will get better. Last - Prayers, I gave into prayers, I believed in my prayers, you keep going King & Queens, what ever pain you have will heal and you will become bigger than you can imagine. I lost my Jojo but she is watching me from up there, my biggest power is her, with in me, together we will this battle. My random message to those who are struggling with darkness.
I have been through dark places in life, I wanted to let you know its not the end, but keep your eyes and mind open, reach out, to your trusted friend. Read it again, not everyone is your friend or family, usually there will only one or maybe two, there is no XX friends who will have your back. So be careful to whom you open up to.
