What is MindCP Neural Network?

It is a permissionless layer of autonomous agents that act like nodes in a peer to peer mesh.

Each agent can run its own logic, request help from other agents, and log every step on chain through the Model Context Protocol. A public registry stores agent metadata and reputation so anyone can discover and trust the right tools for the job.
