Suweida 

The ceasefire agreement and the call to withdraw the tribal forces from Suweida did not hold nor succeed - instead, around dawn Syrian Government Forces arrived at Suweida. 

Groups of tribal forces entered Suweida as well, penetrating so far as the city center. 
Clashes broke out virtually everywhere again. 
It strongly seems like that Syrian Government Forces have opened the gates of Suweida to the tribal forces upon them entering Suweida. 

The scenes of their entry were filled with the usual footage of atrocities being committed against the Druze.
