This is a deliberate sabotage to the law enforcement agencies by President Ramaphosa and his administration so the lawlessness become the order of the day. Mr Bean will compromise the entire Policing system which give free reign to tue drug cartels and you will see more of drugs in tue street. This is another way to protect the drug cartels and their runners; arrest them only they will get best lawyers and they will be in the street again. We must never give free pass to criminals; we have family members who are victims of drugs and such protection Mr Bean wants to grant to the drug cartels must be rejected. He must go back to the Braamfontein or he must be sent to the frontlines fighting drug cartels
