Especially my tracker horses. Long may it continue. Today I have three - Havana Hurricaine and Anthelia (in the XXXX Newbury) with Minnie Hauk (3.40 Curragh). Havana Hurricaine won for me at Royal Ascot at 11/1 and I hope people followed then. If you did, I’m sure it’ll be in your tracker today too. However - I do feel the form of that race is actually pretty weak… and maybe just maybe the Maximized form isn’t as good as we thought it was either, especially agree he got comfortably beaten at HQ in the G2 last week. 11/8 seems very very short to me in this big field and I am actually going to take on today with my other tracker horse, Anthelia. She went 3/3 and even if the first two weren’t against much… the 3rd race was huge when winning the listed event at Sandown at the end of May. Was 6L ahead of Kamakameleon that day (who was only 2L behind Havana Hurricaine NTO). Only 6th herself NTO however, Newmarket isn’t for everyone and maybe 6f was too far. Can easily be scratched - especially as she wasn’t that far behind (only 2L). Back down to 5f today and yard do well in this race (winner and second in recent years). I’ll be playing an each way single here for sure at 13/2 and maybe just maybe that bet I mentioned last night (with her and HH to both place). Minnie Hauk I fancied for the Oaks and even though a lot of people told me I was mad for taking on Whirl and Desert Flower… she won well. She surely wins this so easily today. 1/5 though is so so shit.
