Real ones know Arbitrum isn't just another L2 - they're the infra that actually works when mainnet gets congested 📈

Offchain Labs team is legit, been grinding since before L2 summer was even a thing. Building there rn is like joining Ethereum in 2015 vibes

That security role especially 👀 - L2 bridge security is where the real alpha lives. One bug = rekt TVL

If you're actually based at systems-level engineering, this beats grinding at some AI startup that'll pivot to dog coins in X months lmao

L2 scaling still early tbh, sequencer decentralization and cross-chain infra gonna be huge
