PEPE still has not broken out. BUT, it is right on the line. 

Volume (orange box) is elevated but no big spike yet. 

Resistance (orange line) is holding, X wicks above were quickly smashed back down. BUT, this does reveal that the market cares a lot about this level. 

Watch for a breakout confirmation above $XXXXXXXXX
