Thirty-year old Charity Boakyewaa of Osei Akoto Ventures and one other suspect, Mr. Jacob Abeka, aged sixty(60) facing up to twenty-five (25) years imprisonment for the sale of counterfeit insecticides in violation of Act 851, section 113(deception of consumers).

The suspects were arrested during a raid at Kumasi, Adum, in the early hours of Friday, 18th July 2025 and will be put before the law courts for prosecution.
