V, post discharge, has perfectly succeeded in, from bulking up → to cutting, and is considered the "standard of bulk-up." 

V increased his weight from XX kg pre-enlistment to around XX kg during his enlistment, and recently cut it down to XX kg again. The key point is not just the weight shift, but the solid muscles that completes his fit and fashionable silhouette.
