I can't comment on a lot of modern anime as I have signed out post 2000's. My domain is classic work to the likes of Gundam, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Princess Mononoke etc. 

Anyone with cursory understanding of  the genre understands a lot of manga/anime isn't intended for kids. Western publisher studios created appropriate parrental advisory for subject matter inappropriate for kids.

In regards to modern aime. It's no secret Japanese industry, like Western entertainment has been inundated by tasteless imagery including sexploitation and lolicon nonsense.

The question is, should an entire library of anime be censored based on the current state of affairs?
