I’ve heard from several friends at @OpenAI, @xai, @Meta, and @Google that they work “0-0-7” every week. @xai, in particular, seems to have the most brutal work culture - @elonmusk may call you in for a meeting at XX pm on a weekend! This is how AI gets built in the Bay Area.
