Given how slowly and under immense suppression precious metals sector is progressing, breakout likely to be second to none. Step by step slowly advance in metals does not really attract investor interest. Baby steps are not really going to help. I would like to see gold reach $3,900, silver  $XX plus within 3-4 weeks sprint. Metals shall go in a straight line, manipulation and suppression shall evidently break. A tactic of 1-2 dollar rally in silver and then weeks of suppression would not get investors too far.
