little bit on insta but that's all

I think the best things that came from it is:

- has made me overall more consistent at showing up with everything
- this has cascaded into my overall personal brand becoming stronger
- and that has cascaded into SuperX's growth

so I am gonna keep going even if just for those reasons alone
