Where it feels like you’ve lost control of your own mind and body... Like someone else took over. And you’re left cleaning up a mess you don’t fully understand. One thing that sometimes helps me: When I feel that emotional wave, I don’t speak, I text. Typing slows me down. Forcing me to disconnect from the storm. It gives me space to feel without spilling.
