Please stop with this. 

Alcatraz is derelict. There is no possibility of opening it unless it was leveled and rebuilt. 

Someone kicked the hornets nest in his head & his flying monkeys are running around pretending this is real. He’ll get distracted by a plastic bag in the wind— or he’ll find out he can torch more food intended for starving children — or he’ll start holding bum fights on the White House lawn & he’ll forget all about it.
