I’m older than you all (gen X). Gen X guys would have given zero f*cks about social proclivities of women. 
They approached women fearlessly. They laugh at all of this wining from the younger generation of men.
My advice to men…be men. You’re allowing women to take the lead. That’s beta, IMHO.
