Is NOYA really decentralized

As someone who cares about true decentralization I find @NetworkNoya claims questionable. They rely on a network of keepers to manage strategies but never explain who controls them. There is no clear info on governance or community involvement

So far there is no token no voting system and no sign of a DAO. Without these it feels more like a centralized service wearing a DeFi mask

If @NetworkNoya wants trust from real DeFi users they need to be transparent and share a clear path to community governance
