@pulte Way too many pref share series - many use LIBOR to specify dividend rates. LIBOR went away after massive bank scandals yet the GSEs are still using it on their share contracts.    Shame on the FHFA .  Force GSE to update the contracts and start paying the dividends! $fnmas $fnma
