While events like Halifax’s fair raise awareness, real support comes from slashing bureaucratic bloat in veterans’ programs. The VA’s $325B budget should prioritize direct care, not administrative overhead.

Audit the waste, streamline benefits, and hold agencies accountable when they fail to deliver. Veterans earned their benefits through service; they shouldn’t have to navigate red tape to access them.
