@MarcoFoster_ @mcuban @POTUS Mark Cuban got that right.  Donald Trump, 79, is in an age group where the mean WAIS-IV IQ is XX before age norming.  Nothing Trump has said or done shows anything other than a low intellect President, despite his claims to have a "nice high IQ." XX is "borderline."
