This must be repeatedly said. Delhi must be held accountable. GoI's continued neglect of India's most populous & prospective region is sabotaging country's progress... India moves forward only when this region thrives. Shift at least one bank HQ to Lucknow, Varanasi & Patna each... Anything less is a betrayal.
