I have followed $OSCR for a while. I believe in their long term success. Check its career page. Hiring is one of the signs of growth and from it, you can also get a sense of their investment areas and their team stability. The systemic risks in healthcare is troubling but it isn’t that bad for $OSCR. Check and read my other post on them. Hope it can give you more clarity in your investment
