Big banks like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan will hold the treasury notes that back it.  They buy the notes, collect the interest for holding it.  Those physical dollars will peg the bitcoin you hold at a 1:1 ratio crypto:USD.  Given they have to buy the notes, I'm guessing it will also inject cash into the USA government, which they can in turn spend on the country.

 There has to be more too it,  Who pays the debt on the notes, and if bitcoin inflates faster than the dollar and what happens?  There has to be a white paper on how it work somewhere.
