@CanuckFactCheck @MarkJCarney What tax exmption claim? You said that people are being given $700/month without ever paying taxes. I'm saying that when they spend that money, they pay sales tax, and that for anybody to earn a tax refund, they would have had to submit a tax return in the first place.
