Many people were able to skilfully recite the conventional wisdom that the company was not doing well. But that’s priced in when a stock is down XX percent from initial listing. $OPEN still has risks but currently it’s a call option with a manageable capital structure and the opportunity to capitalise on a rebound in the housing market.
