I've been warning about the real estate crisis for how many years now??? 

You don't get to these numbers overnight. 
Why has the financial media ignored this ? 

"... Alaska had the biggest year-over-year percentage increase in foreclosure filings during the first half of 2025 at 55%. 

It was followed by Rhode Island at 51%, Wyoming at 46%, Utah at XX% and Colorado at 41%.

States with the most foreclosure starts between January and June included Texas (17,680 starts), Florida (15,198), California (14,751), Illinois (7,922) and New York (6,585).

States with the highest foreclosure filing rates during the first half of the year were Illinois (0.23% of housing units), Delaware (also 0.23%), Nevada (0.21%), Florida (0.21%) and South Carolina (0.2%)...."
