Is $PUMP dead?

One of the biggest improvements I made in trading, especially for timing tops and bottoms was learning to identify where I am in the attention cycle.

This applies across all timeframes.

On a daily level, has any new public information made people overly bullish or bearish, pushing price far from its mean?

On a monthly scale, do roadmap progressions and broader market conditions point to a positive or negative outlook for price?

@j0hnwang made a great point: the pre market for PUMP created an information asymmetry, early entrants had an edge that quickly evaporated as the trade became consensus ahead of spot listings.

Meaning institutional sized traders had a significant advantage once deep liquidity arrived and traders chased late arbitrage.

So where we are in the attention cycle?

Early traders positioned for a highly predictable move, Alon’s gone completely silent on comms, two major funds exiting, funding rates flipping negative, and widespread capitulation across CT.

These events have all skewed significantly negative, pointing to a full sentiment reset.

At this stage, it becomes a game of evaluating fair value and identifying the best R:R as price deviates from its mean.

Timing pico bottoms is always tough, they tend to form when there's the least amount of positive information available.

But once any positive catalyst emerges, like buybacks, roadmap updates, or product launches, price often snaps back quickly, as traders recognize the recent move was driven more by emotion than fundamentals.

PUMP isn’t a trade I like to chase day to day. Its fundamentals clearly support long term dominance as a platform, and if this market has taught us anything, it’s that patience is what separates those who make real money.
