@MeidasTouch Project 2025's top EPA priority is to reduce the agency's size and scope, shrinking and dismantling existing EPA offices and programs. They're doing that.  Russell Vought, the current Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), was a key architect of Project 2025.
