@MichaelCairoFL @rstormsf There are a bunch of types of ML under the statute and this one charged just requires that you are aware of the illicit nature of the funds and transmit it through a financial transaction in way you know will help conceal illicit nature. 

So not vanilla bad funds + shared intent
