Pingyao Ancient Town is located XX km southwest of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The town was originally built during the Western Zhou Dynasty (1046BC – 771BC) and rebuilt in 1370 of Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). The Pingyao Ancient Town is one of best preserved old cities in China.
