Remember that just as there are wide variances on the binomial / multiple regression analysis of say SAT / ACT, the Bell Curve if you will... There are wide variances on many other categories. Many charlatans that want to sell you what are essentially magic tricks will say, you don't need to worry about any of this. You need to be the same. But the Bell Curve cannot be bent to all be the same. And certainly those at the end, should not be forced to the center. Nor should those in any one field the same. This is broader than IQ or social skills or emotional skill exercise etc Overall, what do you offer for strengths on this curve and what are your weaknesses or infirmities. We should also consider what weaknesses and infirmities the broad field takes on itself and what we take on naturally.
