Beyond tightening Ethereum's CR properties, it's actually a stealth scalability unlock.

The future of Ethereum is embracing heavy block building (and later heavy proving) with light verification but we must offset the tradeoff here (CR and liveness).

FOCIL allows us to retain the strong CR guarantees of Ethereum while embracing heavy block building/proving.
