Your items are not gone — they’re still in your DMarket inventory, but due to some technical issues, they’re currently not visible.

Right now, there are no additional restrictions on reversals beyond what Steam enforces. We expect the visibility issue to be resolved by Monday.

As for exchanging the items, you’ll be able to do that one week after the deposit — so next Friday. It’s up to you to decide how you’d like to proceed from here.
