NEW — TMZ has released footage of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR Chief Kristin Cabot kissing at the Coldplay concert near Boston Wednesday night. 

Byron and Cabot have both been placed on leave, according to Axios. 

The company released a statement Friday announcing “The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”
