Good.  The WSJ should countersue.  Force Trump to go through discovery.  Depose him.

Watch it blow up in his face.

Also, his attempt at judge shopping will fail.  WSJ is a Delaware corporation and the cause of action occurred in New York.  Florida has no pendant jurisdiction.
