And this is…

After going to the majority of the most upscale steak restaurants in Asuncion & in Buenos Aires

(As well as many hole-in-the-wall spots).

It’s not that Buenos Aires doesn’t have great steak (of course it does)

But…

I found the way it was cooked much better in Paraguay.

Eg. Ask for medium rare in Asuncion & you will mostly always get it 

Do the same thing in Buenos Aires

& in many cases (not always) it is overcooked
