@dylanotes Cutting off nonpartisan, publicly accountable media while promoting partisan state-funded propaganda (like in HR 1, Title VIII) is a hallmark of authoritarian regimes.

The new bill is starving the public of independent information - to be replaced with Trump propaganda.
